A 1776 Gym Membership

This class is available to 1776 Fitness Group Members.

Training Experience

While not required, our most successful powerlifting students come to the table with 2-3 months of training experience and a baseline understanding of how to train and challenge their physique.

A Willingness to Frequently Practice

Successful students will need to take the movements and routines learned in this class and apply them regularly in their workout routines to see maximum results.
