TO ENTER THIS CLASS YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

A 1776 Gym Membership

This class is available to 1776 Fitness Group Members.

Moderate Upper Arm Strength

While this class is open to all skill levels, successful class members should be able to do at least 10-15 pushups and possess moderate upper arm strength.

A Willingness to Learn and Practice

Commitment to attending the class and practicing regularly is key to learning proper kettlebell technique.
